To support this shift, it's essential to create a centralized platform that combines various employee journeys and integrates with other internal systems.

At the same time, maintain an internal CMS for leadership content and news.

Looking into the current experience and mapping out existing employee journeys, involves identifying areas where current processes and workflows could be automated, creating more efficient and streamlined experiences for employees. By doing so, organizations can improve employee satisfaction and retention, while also driving productivity.

Klub was part of a bigger ecosystem, demanding a step-by-step implementation and improvement process. The biggest challenge was mediating and bringing together different teams and departments that contributed to the platform.

Re-define information architecture.

User Interviews showed that people had a hard time navigating the platform to find resources and information. The main cause uncovered was the lack of a clear hierarchy of content and structure.

UX Research showed that Search was the most used tool in the platform (to find information).

However, its current state was dispersed, the ranking was based on date and not relevance and the results unconnected.

For quick impact and win we integrated with Google Cloud Search and worked on the attributes we would like to influence ranking. Also, we implemented the auto-suggest and complete features of the search bar that didn't exist before.

CMS

Redefine the interface where resources and information can be easily found. This includes providing a user-friendly platform that is intuitive and easy to navigate, with clear and concise information. By doing so, employees can quickly access the information and resources they need, reducing frustration and increasing efficiency.

Trigger people processes and provide step-by-step support and guidance. This includes creating clear processes and workflows for tasks such as onboarding, training, and performance management. By providing clear guidance, organizations can reduce confusion and ensure that employees feel supported throughout their journey.

Continuously strive to improve the overall performance of the platform, powering integrations with other internal systems. By doing so, it's possible to create a seamless experience for employees, providing access to all necessary information and resources in one place.
